ERIE Counselling & Integration respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. Separate privacy, confidentiality, and informed-consent information is provided to clients before counselling begins.

Information you may provide

If you contact me, I may receive your name, email address, preferred contact time, and any information you choose to include in your message. Please do not send sensitive health information through the website or ordinary email.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory conversation, and provide information about the practice. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Email and online communication

Email and internet communications carry inherent privacy and security risks. Once you become a client, the Practice Information and Client Agreement will explain how counselling records, telehealth, confidentiality, and communication are managed.

Disclosure and access

Information may be disclosed where required or authorised by Australian law. You may ask to access or correct personal information held about your enquiry by contacting me.
