By using this website, you agree to these terms. This website provides general information about ERIE Counselling & Integration and is not a substitute for personalised counselling, medical care, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or crisis support.

No therapeutic relationship through the website

Viewing the website, sending an enquiry, or attending an introductory conversation does not by itself establish a counsellor–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after suitability is discussed and the Practice Information and Client Agreement are accepted.

Emergencies and crisis support

This website and its email contact are not monitored as crisis services. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 000. For urgent mental-health support in Australia, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or an appropriate local crisis service.

Scope and accuracy

I take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and current, but information may change. Complementary approaches described on the website are distinguished from counselling and are used only within appropriate scope and with informed consent.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, and original materials belong to ERIE Counselling & Integration and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. External email, Zoom, and future booking services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
